500 gram Singri(radish shoots)
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons red pepper powder
2 teaspoons mustard seeds powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon heeng
Directions
Wash and chopped singri
Keep in sunlight in a plate a full day
Now add salt and all spices in it
Add oil
Mix well
Fill in an airtight jar
Add vinegar
Keep for 3 days to develop
Then eat
