Ingredients

  • 500 gram Singri(radish shoots)


  • 2 tablespoons oil


  • 2 teaspoons salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 teaspoons red pepper powder


  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds powder


  • 1 teaspoon vinegar


  • 1/4 teaspoon heeng

Directions

  • Wash and chopped singri
  • Keep in sunlight in a plate a full day
  • Now add salt and all spices in it
  • Add oil
  • Mix well
  • Fill in an airtight jar
  • Add vinegar
  • Keep for 3 days to develop
  • Then eat
